NISMO Omori Factory offers a wide range of services, from engine & chassis diagnosis/maintenance
such as various refresh menus to installations of NISMO performance parts, tuning, and restoration.
NISMO Omori Factory also runs driving lessons to help drivers understand their cars,
improve their driving skills, and acquire safer driving techniques.

How to make appointment
We will accept service appointment in 2 ways, at store or by phone.
In either way, please speak to our specialist in Japanese.
In addition, we can only sell the products / accept maintenance or tune-up service only for Japanese residential customers.
If you live in outside Japan, please find an agent and bring him to here to discuss with Omori factory staff on behalf of you.

Communication language
Omori factory specialists can support customers only in Japanese.
Please make sure you can communicate in Japanese or come together with your Japanese-speaking friend or agent.
Ordering out-of-stock items
We do not accept ordering out-of-stock items.
Pre-ordering limited production parts
We will accept pre-ordring limited production parts (LMGT4 wheels, etc.) at the store with pre-payment for Japanese residential customers only.
If you live in outside Japan, please ask Japanese friend or agent to pre-order one on behalf of you.
No tax-free
We are not a tax-free store.
Clothing item size
All the clothing sizes are in Japanese sizes which are one size smaller than international sizes.
For example, Japease Medium is international Small size.
We recommend customers to try clothing items at the store before you buy one.
Business dates / hours
Our store open on Saturday & Sunday except for company's seasonal holiday shutdown in summer, winter and the golden week.

NISMO parts information (JDM)
All the producs are developed and produced for Japanese market only.
No warranty, no return are available outside Japan.
No delivery service
We do not provide delivery services in and outside Japan.
Payment
We can accept major international credit cards and cash in Japanese yen at the store.
Vehicle in your country
If you would like to ask tune-up or overhaul services for your vehicle which is currently located in outside Japan, please make an appointment with Omori factory specialist to consult with before you send your vehicle off to us.
