素材に高純度チタン合金を使用することで、基準車のマフラーに対し大幅な軽量化を実現。さらに車種毎の排気音質にもこだわり、低回転域では控えめ、中高回転域では高純度チタン素材らしい軽快な排気音としました。尚、R35では実用領域で標準装着マフラーを下回る音量の低減も実現しています。また、主に低回転域における車室内のこもり音に配慮して開発しました。^注)

We have achieved a considerably lightweight muffler by using highly purity titanium. Moreover, our particular attention to exhaust sound quality for each vehicle type produces the lilting sound of pure titanium over mid-to-high revolution zones, and more modestly in the low revolution range. As for the R35 car, the muffler is far quieter than standard-equipped mufflers throughout the operational range. The focus of our development has mainly been placed on muffling sound inside the vehicle cabin in the low revolution range^*.
