  • ②本カタログに記載の全てのNISMOパーツ（COMPETITIONパーツ＊含む）は日本国内の保安基準に適合しています。日本国外にてご使用になる場合は、お客さまの居住国で定められている基準・法規に違反する場合があります。
  • ③NISMOパーツの装着・交換は正しい知識やノウハウをもった専門店等にご依頼ください。また、取り付け・交換には危険の伴う作業があります。当社は作業中に発生した事故および怪我等に関する責任を一切負いません。
  • ④NISMOパーツは車両本来の快適性・利便性・経済性等、一部の性能が損なわれたり、車両の走行条件が制限されることがありますので装着の際は部品の特性をよく理解いただくとともに専門店等とよくご相談の上お買い求めください。
  • ⑤NISMOパーツの装着により生じたNISMOパーツ以外の損害や、車両の損傷、脱着工賃、関連作業工賃、送料および付随費用、また自動車を使用することができないことにより関連して生じた直接、および間接の損失、損害一切の補償はいたしかねます。

  • ⑧NISMOパーツは開封後、必ず車両へ装着する前に付属品の欠品や製品の破損・変形等がないかを確認し、異常があった場合には速やかにお買い求めの店舗にご相談ください。
  • ⑨本カタログに記載の適合車種以外の車両への部品装着は行わないでください。
  • ⑩NISMOパーツの設計・実験・適合確認は日本仕様車を用いて行っており、日本仕様車以外の車両に対する実験と適合確認は行っておりません。
  • ⑪保証対象商品（保証書が付属されている商品）については、1年間または1年間2万km、3年間6万kmの保証があります。保証については保証書の内容をよくご確認の上、専門店等にご相談ください。なお、保証対象商品以外のクレームには応じかねますのであらかじめご了承ください。また、日本国外での使用については、全ての記載商品について（商品性や取り付けに関するいかなる場合も）一切の保証はありません。

  • 1. Products contained in this catalogue are all produced for Japanese domestic automobiles and made to be used in Japan. NISMO does not take responsibility for their importation, use, installation or application abroad.
  • 2. NISMO Parts (including COMPETITION PARTS) are produced according to Japanese Domestic Vehicle Safety Regulations. In certain countries, their use can represent infractions to the laws and regulations in vigor in that country. Foreign buyers are asked to research this thoroughly.
  • 3. For proper installation and replacement of NISMO parts, please go to a specialized service center or store with the experience and knowledge necessary for it to be done properly. Certain installations may expose the installer to physical danger. NISMO takes no responsibility for accidents occurring during the installation or replacement of their parts.
  • 4. On installation, NISMO products become part and parcel of your car's comfort, convenience and economy. Since any detriment, however small, to any of these sectors will affect the overall running condition of your car, please understand the particularities of any given part before installation and talk over its purchase with a specialized vendor.
  • 5. We are not liable for compensation for any damage other than that to NISMO parts caused by installation, vehicle damage, installation/removal costs, related work costs, shipping costs and incidental costs, or any direct or indirect loss or damage caused by the inability to use the vehicle.
  • 6. Because NISMO parts are neither subject to nor included in NISSAN standard, OEM parts guarantees, their repair or replacement may be refused. Be aware that installation of NISMO parts, depending on the part and where it is installed in the car, may, under certain conditions, void a NISSAN warranty. Please talk this over carefully with a specialized vendor before making any installation.
  • 7. When installing parts whose installation method differs from NISSAN standard, OEM parts, please read the accompanying installation instructions with great care before undertaking the installation.
  • 8. When you unseal your NISMO parts purchase for the first time, please check the new parts thoroughly for any missing, destroyed or damaged items before undertaking their installation. If any anomaly should be found, please contact the store where you purchased the parts as soon as possible.
  • 9. Please be warned not to install parts in cars other than the types and models specified in this catalogue.
  • 10. NISMO parts are designed and tested and their conformity confirmed for Japanese-make cars only. Their conformity to other cars has neither been tested nor confirmed.
  • 11. NISMO products under warranty (products which are sold with a written warranty certificate) are guaranteed for either 1 year, 1 year/20,000kilometers or 3 years/60,000 kilometers. In order to understand your product's warranty terms correctly, please read its warranty well and talk it over with a specialized vendor. NISMO will not accept claims on products which are not delivered to the buyer with a warranty and are, thereby, NOT UNDER WARRANTY. Nor will NISMO accept claims on any products in this catalogue used outside of Japan, no matter how it was marketed or installed.
  • 12. Please understand that we do not offer repair service for NISMO parts.
  • 13. Parts included in kits, assemblies or sets may be sold separately as single items or repair parts, but please realize that there are cases where this is not so and that some parts are, in fact, only available for purchase as a part of a kit, assembly or set.

  • ●COMPETITIONパーツはモータースポーツ活動での使用を前提に、過酷な条件下でのパーツ本来の性能を優先して開発しているため、装着により走行中に「音」や「振動」が発生する場合があります。またパーツを正しく装着するための細かなセッティングや技術を必要としますので、商品の特性、車両状態、車両の用途を専門店にご相談の上、専門店でお買い求めください。
  • ●一部のCOMPETITIONパーツは、国が定めている改造にあたるため、構造変更検査等申請が必要な場合があります。構造変更検査等申請に関するお問い合わせは管轄の国土交通省検査登録事務所までお願いします。
  • 注意：商品に添付されている「取付要領書」を必ずお読みいただき、正しく使用してください。また、商品の加工・改造は絶対に行わないでください。
  • 注意：商品の取り付けは、対象車種の「整備要領書」（日産自動車（株）発行）、及び「取付要領書」に従い行ってください。エンジンやブレーキ系などの主要部位の分解整備は、指定整備工場または認証整備工場にて有資格者が作業を行なうか、もしくは取り付け後、指定整備工場または認証整備工場にて有資格者による点検を受けてください。

COMPETITION PARTS

  • 1. COMPETITION PARTS are developed and manufactured for motor sports racing under the strictest standards and prioritize high performance above all else. Depending on where and how they are installed, noise or vibration may occur when driving. Furthermore, for parts to be installed correctly, advanced mechanical skills or fine-tuning is often necessary. Please discuss the particularities of the product you are thinking of purchasing as well as how it fits your car and your specific driving needs with a specialized vendor before you buy and install it.
  • 2. Some COMPETITION PARTS fall under the jurisdiction of national laws and regulations controlling the remodeling, modification or customizing of cars and necessitate an application for permission and/or a special inspection control. Such permissions and inspections must be requested from the Motor Vehicle Bureau of the country of jurisdiction where the car will be modified and/or used. This is the responsibility of the car owner and NISMO will be in no way liable to any person for irregularities in motor vehicle inscription or inspection control for vehicles belonging to buyers or other parties who install COMPETITION PARTS.
  • NOTE: Please always read the installation instructions accompanying NISMO products and follow them faithfully. Please do not re-work, modify or customize NISMO products.
  • NOTE: When installing NISMO products, please do so as indicated in the service manual for the car to be modified (published by NISSAN Motors, Co., Ltd.) as well as in the installation instructions accompanying the part. When overhauling key mechanisms like the engine or brake system, please have the work done by a trained mechanic at a service center listed or certified by NISMO or, at the very least, have your new installation inspected by such a service center to be sure that it is in proper working order.
