カッパーミックスの最大の魅力である「扱いやすさ」と「高出力対応」が高次元で体感できるシングルクラッチシステムです。本シリーズには、380ps対応のスタンダードスペックもラインナップしております。

大径φ240サイズディスク採用
φ240サイズカッパーミックスディスクとアルミ製カバーをセットにすることで、安定した伝達性能とクーリング性能を発揮。他社製品を含め数種類のモデルを評価した結果、小径ディスクを高負荷で使用することによる性能低下を避けるため、φ240サイズを採用しました。他社のハイパワー対応シングルクラッチは、小径サイズディスクに高圧着カバーが組み合わされていますが、これはマルチプレート用ディスクを流用し、高負荷でセットしたに過ぎません。φ240サイズの選択は、優れた耐久性能と扱いやすさを追求した結果です。
軽量フライホイールをセット
専用クロモリ製軽量フライホイールをセットし、トルク確保に適した理想的な重量でセッティングしています。
アルミ製カバーを採用
放熱性に優れた専用アルミ製カバーを採用しています。
ストラップ式カバーを採用
万が一の切れ不良を防止するために、ストラップ式カバー注1）を採用しています。
注1）この機構は、ストラッププレートの反力によりカバー内部のプレッシャープレートが自らディスクから 離れようとするもので、マニュアルミッション車を搭載した全ての生産車に純正採用されています。

This is a single clutch system that takes “the ease of use” and “high power handling” fortes of COPPERMIX to the next level. This series also includes a lineup of standard specification products that can handle 380ps.

Employs the industry's first large-diameter 240size disc
The 240size COPPERMIX disc together with an aluminum cover maintain stable transmission and cooling performance. After an analysis conducted by NISMO of several different models, including those of other companies, it was decided that using a 240 size disc would prevent the drop in performance that occurs when a small diameter disc is placed under a high load. High power single clutches from other companies combine a pressure cover with a small diameter disc probably because they just divert a disc from their multi-plate clutch and set it at a high load. NISMO specifically chose a 240 diameter to get maximum durability and ease of use.
Lightweight Flywheel
A lightweight flywheel was manufactured from chrome-molybdenum to obtain the ideal weight to ensure torque.
Aluminum Cover
The flywheel is provided with a special aluminum cover with exceptional heatradiating properties.
Center Plate with Strap Function
The center plate is equipped with a special strap function*1 that backs up smooth gear disengagement by preventing blockage.
- *1 This mechanism incites the pressure plate inside the cover to disengage from the disc using the force exerted by the strap plate. It has become part of the standard installation for all NISSAN vehicles with manual transmissions.

商品に関するご注意
- ●スポーツクラッチディスクおよび軽量フライホイールはクラッチレスポンスの向上、対応出力の向上等を目的に設計・製作しているため、日産純正品と比較してトランスミッションやベアリングから発生する共振音「ガラガラ音」が伝わりやすい場合があります。特にアイドリング時および2000rpm付近からの加減速時にトランスミッション等よりギアノイズが発生する場合がありますが、品質・性能上の問題はありません。あらかじめご了承ください。
- ●ストローク量不足による切れ不良の原因となりますので、ビッグオペレーティングシリンダーとのセット使用はしないでください。

- ●COMPETITIONパーツはモータースポーツ活動での使用を前提に、過酷な条件下でのパーツ本来の性能を優先して開発しているため、装着により走行中に「音」や「振動」が発生する場合があります。またパーツを正しく装着するための細かなセッティングや技術を必要としますので、商品の特性、車両状態、車両の用途を専門店にご相談の上、専門店でお買い求めください。

- 1. COMPETITION PARTS are developed and manufactured for motor sports racing under the strictest standards and prioritize high performance above all else. Depending on where and how they are installed, noise or vibration may occur when driving. Furthermore, for parts to be installed correctly, advanced mechanical skills or fine-tuning is often necessary. Please discuss the particularities of the product you are thinking of purchasing as well as how it fits your car and your specific driving needs with a specialized vendor before you buy and install it.
- 2. Some COMPETITION PARTS fall under the jurisdiction of national laws and regulations controlling the remodeling, modification or customizing of cars and necessitate an application for permission and/or a special inspection control. Such permissions and inspections must be requested from the Motor Vehicle Bureau of the country of jurisdiction where the car will be modified and/or used. This is the responsibility of the car owner and NISMO will be in no way liable to any person for irregularities in motor vehicle inscription or inspection control for vehicles belonging to buyers or other parties who install COMPETITION PARTS.
- NOTE: Please always read the installation instructions accompanying NISMO products and follow them faithfully. Please do not re-work, modify or customize NISMO products.
- NOTE: When installing NISMO products, please do so as indicated in the service manual for the car to be modified (published by NISSAN Motors, Co., Ltd.) as well as in the installation instructions accompanying the part. When overhauling key mechanisms like the engine or brake system, please have the work done by a trained mechanic at a service center listed or certified by NISMO or, at the very least, have your new installation inspected by such a service center to be sure that it is in proper working order.
