2. Rear differential oil cooler kit

<Kit components> <Differential case cover>

NISMO has adopted an unprecedented rear differential oil cooler of a water-cooling type. A water jacket is provided for the exclusive differential case cover with a cooling fin, and cooling water is circulated to cool the differential oil in the case. A tank for cooling water is installed in the space for the spare tire, and a pump circulates the cooling water. The cooler can be switched on or off from inside the vehicle.

Note:The volume of differential oil does not change even after the rear differential oil cooler kit is attached. LLC is used for cooling water.

[Notes for using kit]
•Continuous driving while the rear differential oil cooler kit is switched on should be restricted up to 30 minutes. Do not continue to drive for more than 30 minutes with the kit switched on. After driving, operate the pump when parked to fully cool the kit (for at least 20 minutes), and then start driving again.
•The kit cannot be installed with a spare tire.Note 1
•The kit cannot be used with a subwoofer in the Bose®sound system.Note 1
Note 1 When using a rear differential oil cooler kit, you will need to carry out the simple work of replacing the spare tire and subwoofer with the water tank.
