YOKOHAMA, Japan (February 21, 2022) - Today Nissan Motorsports International Co., Ltd. announced that it will establish a new company through a business integration with Autech Japan Inc. The new company, Nissan Motorsports & Customizing Co., Ltd., is scheduled to be established on April 1.

Plans for the integration of the two companies was first announced by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. in December last year.

The integration will further develop the NISMO and AUTECH brands and businesses by further combining the strengths of both companies and utilizing them globally.
