NISMO Launches “NISMO Club Sports Package” for NISSAN GT-R in South Africa

Nissan Motorsports International Co., Ltd. (NISMO) has certified Global GT-R in Hatfield, Pretoria, as an authorized dealer in South Africa to sell “NISMO Club Sports Package” for the Nissan GT-R (R35).

The Club Sports Package was developed and put into production through the joint efforts of the NISMO development staff and the NISSAN GT-R development staff. It aims to increase performance at race circuits, but has also given consideration for driving comfort on normal roads so that it can perform well in highway driving situations as well. This is an upgrade menu which provides the highest quality product and performance, so installation, alignment, and other setup-related fees are included. The NISSAN warranty will continue by having NISMO Technical Master Technicians who have been trained at NISMO install and set up your package at Global GT-R, a Nissan High Performance Centre.

Global GT-R will be the second dealership outside Japan that has been certified to sell the “NISMO Club Sports Package”.

■ Global GT-R
Global GT-R was established by Global Nissan Hatfield and started as one of only two NHPC's (Nissan High Performance Centre) appointed in South Africa with the introduction of the NISSAN GT-R in August 2009. Since the start of the NHPC, Global GT-R has sold almost 100 Nissan GT-Rs. Global GT-R provides track days for customers at a regular basis where customers can enjoy their cars and get lessons to learn to drive them properly and efficiently.

While NISMO has appointed Global GT-R as a NISMO certified garage for Nissan GT-R, they will also make available a NISMO developed and Engineered car for exclusive track usage.
