1. Basic company policy on personal information

We are committed to respecting the objectives of the Personal Information Protection Law, and has established the Personal Information Protection Policy, Personal Information Management Regulations and Regulations for the Use of Personal Information.

2. Company possession of personal information

We possess application and purchaser personal information arising from its activities in the sales of automobiles and automotive parts, automobile servicing and race-related services as well as the operation of the Club NISMO fan club. This customer information includes the personal information registered by the customer in application, order and contract forms.

3. Purpose of use of customer personal information

We make use of personal customer information, including address, name, telephone number, email address, for the following purposes:

A. From the information received in transactions regarding automobile and automotive parts sales and automobile servicing and race-related services, we use this information for the transmission of printed and email-based information on after-service, new products and services. This information is also used for the release of questionnaires aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
B. To provide membership services to fan club members.
C. For credit limit determination, and credit management.

Employees are given training on personal information protection on a regular basis, in order to provide the most rigorous control of customer personal information.

5. External consignment of customer personal information management

Anytime the management of personal information possessed by us entrusted to an external organization, the conclusion of a contract with that organization is required ensuring that the proper management and supervision is in place.

6. Complaints regarding, revisions and suspension of use of private information

When there is a complaint about, or a request for confirmation or correction of personal information from the individual is received by us, the company will respond in an established method. For details on how these requests are handled, please contact the Customer affairs Office.
