NGK spark plugs are used in many different racing formats, including N1 racing. This is a highly reliable spark plug that features better ignition performance and reduced electric discharge voltages. Three different models are available, with different external electrodes and body types.
Platinum electrodes are recommended for turbo engines. Depending on the ignition chamber of the NA and other engines, choose either platinum or nickel alloy types.

The use of iridium alloy dramatically increases ignition performance, creating much more complete combustion and increasing both increased power and response. It helps to draw out the full potential of the engine. The thermo edge set at the top of the insulator controls the deposition of carbon, which otherwise can reduce firing performance and cause poor idling. This also increases reliability and durability.
